Underdog Boxing and Fitness Club revolves around the sports and art of Boxing but is designed to encourage members and fighters to build their Strength and Conditioning through different types of Fitness training. It all starts from within. Having a strong Core is important when building anything. We push our members and fighters to dedicate time to work on their core every session. The different types of Fitness training are available in personal 1 on 1, small groups (up to 3 clients), and class forms daily.
