Underdog Boxing and Fitness

Early registration is officially open for our Summer Boxing Camp. Give your kids the skills they need for self confidence and self defense. Our 8 week camp is designed to teach beginners and intermediates the fundamentals of boxing. Learning the basic skills and techniques of boxing, boys and girls can have fun while increasing their strength and endurance. They will learn the core movements of boxing starting with their stance and guard, to learning jabs, cross, and hooks. We will also work on shadow boxing, core strengthening exercises, bag and pad work. Your child will be put through a rigorous but achievable workout in line with their fitness level. 
Here at Underdog, we believe that the sport of boxing brings out the confidence and strength needed to fight the everyday challenges that life puts in front of you. It teaches you to respect yourself first, to show respect to your opponent or neighbor, and to always respect the Underdog.
