Underdog Boxing and Fitness Club revolves around the sport of boxing.  It is designed to implement Strength and Conditioning through different forms of Fitness training. It recognizes the importance of Recovery, mental well-being and respects the art of Yoga and what it can do for your mind and body. We built out a state of the art 500 square foot Therapeutic Studio to hold Yoga and Hot Yoga small group classes. Classes are available on weekends and will become more available during weeknights in the Fall, 2021.
